Oracle Database Administrator

The Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Oracle Database Administrator.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain software and test and implement new software versions and updates.
• Maintain and support database management systems.
• Optimize database management systems (DBMS).
• Implement projects in cooperation with partners and software vendors.
• Resolve database-related incidents.
• Manage and test backup and recovery procedures.
• Improve the performance of database systems.
• Ensure the security of the Company’s data.
• Set up new test environments when necessary.
• Be available to provide support as required.

Required Skills

• Higher technical education.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Oracle database administration.
• Good knowledge of Linux systems.
• Good knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Good knowledge of Oracle DBMS and MS SQL databases.
• Experience working with OEL Linux.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Excellent command of Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
