Call center specialist

Working hours: 11։00-20։00 & 19։00-02։00

Location: Yerevan

Required qualifications

• Higher education
• At least one year of work experience in a relevant field
• Computer knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, as well as good knowledge of English

Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to work and quickly navigate in stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Conduct company’s incoming and outgoing calls
• Identify customer problems and offer solutions; if necessary, redirect to relevant departments
• Follow up with the solution of problems submitted by clients
• Inform customers about new services and offers through calls
