Call center specialist

Working hours: 18.00-01։00, 19։00-02։00, 00։00-09։00 (night and evening shifts).

Location: Yerevan

Required qualifications

• Higher education,
• At least one year of work experience in a relevant field,
• Computer knowledge-MS Office (Word, Excel),
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, as well as good knowledge of English,
• Excellent oral communication skills,
• Ability to work and quickly navigate in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming and outgoing calls of the company,
• Identify customer problems and offer solutions; if necessary, redirect the relevant sections,
• Follow up with the solution of problems submitted by clients,
• Inform customers about new services and offers through calls.
