As part of our growing technology and security team, we are looking for a skilled IT Security Engineer to help strengthen and protect our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active sales and provide comprehensive customer service and consultation via phone calls in line with established standards,
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database,
• Collect and analyze customer documentation,
• Prepare required reports and supporting documents,
• Perform other ongoing tasks related to the role.

What matters to us

• Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field,
• At least 1 year of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, and good knowledge of English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
