Chief Specialist | Analyst, Leasing Operations Service

Conducting a comprehensive analysis of corporate clients’ financial condition, business activities, and risks within the framework of leasing applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing consulting services to corporate clients within the framework of leasing financing, including site visits and business assessments
• Collecting, verifying, and organizing the information required for the analysis of leasing applications using relevant templates
• Collaborating with relevant Bank departments to prepare and submit professional assessments
• Presenting leasing applications at Executive Board and/or Credit Committee meetings
• Monitoring the existing leasing portfolio and assessing associated risks
• Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in Finance or Economics
• At least 1 year of work experience in banking and lending
• Financial analysis and risk assessment skills
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Good command of Excel and analytical tools
• Effective communication and negotiation skills

Excellent time management skills

• Excellent command of Armenian (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Russian and English languages
