Appraisal Companies Relations Officer

Converse Bank is looking for an Appraisal Companies Relations Officer to join the Bank’s Loan Monitoring Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cooperation with property appraisal companies working with the Bank.
• Review appraisals of properties pledged or to be pledged as collateral to the Bank and provide professional opinions on the assessed values.
• Review construction and development projects carried out by developers cooperating with the Bank and provide indicative pricing recommendations.
• Perform other duties related to property appraisal.
• Carry out other assignments given by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Higher professional education.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in property valuation, real estate, banking, or related fields.
• General knowledge of banking legislation.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation related to property valuation.
• Knowledge of MS Office and AS-Bank software.
• Excellent command of Armenian and Russian, and at least an intermediate level of English.

Time management skills

• Ability to work under stress and manage conflict situations.
• Communication skills and the ability to identify problems.
