DevOps Specialist

Converse Bank is looking for an experienced DevOps Specialist to ensure the security, stability, and reliability of its IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and develop the Bank’s virtual and hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Perform operational and maintenance tasks in Dell VxRail and VMware environments.
• Manage virtual servers and related infrastructure.
• Implement, manage, and maintain Docker and containerized environments.
• Administer and maintain Linux operating systems.
• Participate in the implementation, development, and automation of DevOps processes.
• Monitor system availability, stability, and performance.
• Perform system updates, technical maintenance, and infrastructure changes.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in Backup/Restore and Disaster Recovery processes.
• Participate in the implementation of new systems and services.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and relevant procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security departments to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Higher education in a technical field related to Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, virtualization, or DevOps.
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of Dell VxRail and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration skills.
• Ability to analyze and independently resolve technical issues.
• Knowledge of English sufficient to work with technical documentation.
