Job description

Provide technical maintenance of ATMs, payment kiosks and other linked devices․

Job responsibilities

• Provide technical maintenance of ATMs, payment kiosks and other linked devices
• Conduct routine maintenance of ATMs and payment kiosks; troubleshoot the devices to avoid failures in the future
• Control the operating condition of ATMs and payment kiosks both on site and remotely
• Participate in ATM loading
• Collect and register the cards retained by ATMs
• Handle paper flow of the unit, prepare letters, references, acts, and contracts

Required qualifications

• University degree in a technical field and IT specialization is desirable
• Proficiency in maintenance of computer hardware
• Experience in maintenance of ATMs and payment kiosks is desirable
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Flexibility and teamplayer skills

• Ability to master new software quickly
• Excellent command of Armenian
• Driver's license is mandatory.
