CRM and Email Marketing Specialist

Converse Bank is looking for a specialist to join our team and manage the planning, organization, and technical implementation of email communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, schedule, and execute email communications.
• Perform daily tasks using email/CRM systems and administrative dashboards (Admin Panels).
• Work with technical instructions and text content.
• Monitor email communication results and track key performance indicators.
• Conduct initial investigations of technical issues and escalate them to the relevant team when necessary.
• Perform technical checks and quality assurance for email campaigns.
• Plan communications and maintain the Content Calendar.
• Support other digital communication processes when necessary.

Required Education and Skills

• Higher professional education.
• Experience working with email campaigns or marketing automation tools.
• Work experience in CRM or Email Marketing.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT.
• Ability to work with Admin Panels and various digital tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience working with analytics tools.
• Ability to understand technical texts, briefs, and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and investigate issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of social media.
