Job description

We’re building our HR Business Partnering team – creating a new way for HR to work closer to the business and have a more direct impact on how teams perform, grow and change.

Our ambition is to make people decisions a real driver of business success – helping leaders build stronger teams, enabling employees to do their best work and develop, and turning people challenges into practical changes.

As an HR BP, you’ll join one of Ameria’s business areas as a dedicated partner and become a trusted point of contact, connecting people priorities with the needs of the business.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to define and prioritize the people agenda for the business area.
  • Shape workforce and organizational plans across headcount, costs, capabilities, team structures, role clarity, and future needs.
  • Drive talent, performance and development discussions, while continuously improving the practices behind them to create clear expectations, useful feedback, meaningful growth opportunities, and focused development priorities.
  • Build stronger teams through better leadership practices, clearer accountability, effective collaboration, and healthy ways of working.
  • Turn employee feedback into concrete improvements in the employee experience and team environment.
  • Lead the people side of organizational change, creating clarity and supporting teams through transition.
  • Use business and people data to uncover patterns, identify root causes, and inform action.
  • Bring together the right HR expertise across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance, Rewards, Employee Relations and other teams to solve business needs effectively.
  • Support complex employee and leadership situations with sound judgement, consistency, and a balanced view of employee and business needs.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including experience in a partnering role and regular exposure to managers and senior leaders.
  • Solid working knowledge across workforce planning, talent, performance, employee experience, organizational design, and change.
  • Good business acumen, with the ability to understand priorities, trade-offs, costs, and organizational implications.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with confidence handling complex people and team situations.
  • Comfortable using business and people data to identify patterns, risks, and areas that need attention.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, align different perspectives, and challenge constructively.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move complex topics forward.
  • Sound judgment and maturity, with the ability to balance business needs, employee impact, and organizational risk.
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian is required.
